I don’t like salami or pepperoni, so don’t want to do a deli meat try.

Something light such as a fresh fruit compote would be perfect!

I would do some roasted vegetables on a tray like zucchini, eggplant, red peppers, etc. Dress lightly with a vinaigrette.
