Workflow (Grafik bei 00:08): die GPS-Daten werden mit GPSBabel (Open Source-Software) in das Untertitel-Format SRT (subrip title) umgewandelt. Die SRT-Datei kann dann noch editiert werden, am besten mit einer Tabellenkalkulation (Auswahl der anzuzeigenden Parameter). Mit dem Open-Source-Videoeditor Avidemux kann dann aus dem Originalvideo und den SRT-Daten eine Videodatei mit Einblendung von Geschwindigkeit, Höhe etc. erstellt werden (Position, Schrift usw. frei wählbar).
