What Kind of Exercising is More Conducive to a Healthy Body?

A powerful, quick moving fighter’s type of workout or a more mellow, flowing, gentle yoga/pilates workout?

This is a damn good question.
Although I’m more the fighter type I’m going to go with the Yoga style and here’s why. People who run hard, and beat themselves down generally tend to break quicker than those who pace themselves.
Look at an old athlete vs a yogi, the yogi will be in great shape the athlete will generally still be healthy but with lots of medical problems such as back and legs.
Just my 2 cents.
