Question by Zippy: What are some different works out that I can do?
For the past month, I worked out only in the muscle gain/strength area. Now, I want to mix my schedule with something with movements (yoga, pilates, aerobics). I need something that would be only 20-25 mins within the home. Any suggestions?

Starjumps, Walking if you can do that, swimming if you have a pool and cycing if you have a bike.
