How Do You Change Icons in Windows Vista?

Question by socomsniperaj: How do you change Icons in Windows Vista?
I’m wondering how you change the icons in Windows Vista Ultimate to something else. In XP there was a third tab in folder options for changing file associations and icons but in Vista the third tab is Search options and somehow my text file icon was changed to the “Add Printer” icon. Anyone?
E=mc2 thank you for your answer, but if you don’t check this I can change the icon for a single file ( I think thats what you were describing anyway) but not for all of the files for one type (like in XP).
Control Panel doesn’t help whatsoever I have tried nearly allthings in there before even recently found file associations but still can’t change the default icon of specific file types. Also WTF does
