Question by Yihwan K: What’s a good energy drink without an absurd amount of caffeine?
I’m looking for a good energy drink without all the caffeine in Monster, Rockstar, Red Bull, etc. I like drinking coffee and tea, but I drink them both without any additives. I hate “coffee” drinks with a huge amount of sugar/milk. I also don’t like 5-hr Energy with over 8000 times my daily dose of vitamin B.
What’s a good energy drink with about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee without a lot of sugar?

Decaf green tea is very good, it raises the alpha brain waves which is makes you alert and relaxed at the same time. I drank Yerba Mate tea one week and it caused my eye to start twitching, over stimulated a nerve and I stopped drinking it.
